Yes — completely free, no card required. I want every triathlete to experience what it’s like to train with clarity, confidence and control. If you love it, there’s an option to go further later on.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT account to take part?
Nope. You can do Breakthrough Week using the free version of ChatGPT. If you do have GPT-4 access, that’s a bonus — but it’s not essential.
How does Breakthrough Week work?
Each day, you’ll get a short video, a clear explanation, and a training prompt. You’ll copy that prompt into ChatGPT, answer a few questions, and watch it build a plan tailored to you.
Do I get lifetime access to the content?
Yes! Once you’re in, you’re in. You can revisit the prompts, videos and lessons any time you like — and repeat the process for future goals or race seasons.
